Belarusian and Serbian scientists to cooperate in electronic area
MINSK, 18 July (BelTA) – Belarus State University, the Serbian research center IRC ALFATEC and the electronics department of Nis University (Serbia) have signed a trilateral cooperation agreement, BelTA learned from the Belarus State Committee for Science and Technology. The document was inked during the Belarus National Exhibition which has been held in Belgrade recently. The agreement foresees the cooperation in automatization of industrial enterprises and production units. The sides intend to organize exchange programs for scientists, professors and students. The Belarusian delegation also signed three protocols of intent with Serbian businessmen. The Belarusian side and the Serbian company Zhitnica-Mlin intend to develop the multigrain cereals compositions. The Serbian Eco Technology and the Belarusian side discussed the possibility to supply Belarusian enriching supplements to Serbia. A joint project is expected to be implemented with the Serbian company ADI-CO. The Belarus National Exhibition in Serbia displayed more than 140 technical developments in metallurgy, surface working, laser technology, new materials production, waste processing, medicine, light industry, construction, machine building and instrument-making. Taking part in the exhibition were more than 100 Belarusian companies and organizations.
