Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft protocol on amending the agreement on cooperation of the CIS member states in creating compatible national telemedicine systems and their consequent development and usage of 19 November 2010. The head of state signed corresponding decree No.209 on 22 May, BelTA has learned.

Control and oversight activities in Belarus will be improved. The task is to streamline various types of inspections and oversight activities and to improve the performance of enterprises, rather than apply penalties. This is what the president's draft decree is aimed at.
