Andrey Lyubimov will take the position of the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee

First Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Minsk City Executive Committee - Head of the Criminal Police Andrei Lyubimov will take the post of head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee.
