A Belarusian delegation took part in the twentieth session of the Joint Task Force on Environmental Statistics and Indicators of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) that was held in Geneva, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.

Organizations of all types of ownership built about 28,800 apartments in Belarus in January-September 2023. As much as 2,633,000 m2 of housing was commissioned, the National Statistical Committee told BelTA.

Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus Vasily Gerasimov took part in the events of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing, China. Matters of bilateral cooperation were discussed as Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus Vasily Gerasimov met with Auditor General of the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China Hou Kai in Beijing, the committee's press service told BelTA.

The second batch of Belarusian bison is expected to arrive in Bashkortostan in November, Bashkortostan's Minister of Nature Management and Environment Niyaz Fazylov told the media in Ufa, BelTA has learned.

Belarusian Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich is set to take part in the international forum Russian Energy Week, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Energy Ministry.
