VITEBSK, 9 July (BelTA) – The 18th international festival of arts Slavonic Bazaar in Vitebsk will officially open on 10 July. More than 5,000 guests from 34 countries will come to take part in this large-scale cultural project of Belarus and Russia, BelTA learnt from the directorate of the festival.
