MINSK, 20 April (BelTA) – Braslav District of Belarus and Rapla County of Estonia have signed an agreement on establishing twining relations. A delegation of Rapla County led by the Rapla Mayor is on a visit to Braslav on 17-21 April. The delegation includes representatives of local authorities, cultural figures and businessmen, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
