VITEBSK, 25 April (BelTA) – More than 140 athletes from Belarus, Lithuania, and Russia are set take part in the Shmyrev swimming memorial in Vitebsk on 26-28 April, BelTA learnt from the physical education, sports, and tourism department of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee.
