POLOTSK, 8 April (BelTA) – Polotsk is the birthplace of the Belarusian state and spirituality. It should be borne in mind during the development of the town as a tourist destination. The opinion was voiced by Anatoly Tozik, Vice Prime Minister of Belarus, Chairman of the Tourism Expert and Coordination Council under the Council of Ministers, at a visiting session. VITEBSK, 5 April (BelTA) – Over 60 artists from seven countries have applied for participation in the 3rd International Biennale “Water+Color” in Polotsk, BelTA learnt from Larisa Lysenko, chief of the arts gallery of the National Polotsk History and Culture Museum-Reserve.
This event has been organized by the museum-reserve and the Belarusian Union of Artists. The biennale major theme will be Watercolor Space.
