VITEBSK, 3 February (BelTA) – Vitebsk Oblast is set to provide its most vulnerable category of residents with more than 3,000 jobs this year, BelTA learnt from the department for employment of the committee for labor, employment and social security of the Vitebsk Oblast executive committee.
