VITEBSK, 24 November (BelTA) – The 23rd International Modern Dance Festival will open in Vitebsk on 24 November, BelTA learnt from deputy director general for special projects of the Vitebsk Culture Center Marina Romanovskaya.
Partaking in the competition will be dancers from Belarus, Germany, Israel, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Estonia and Japan. Vitebsk will see 13 one-act ballets and 24 choreographic miniatures.

VITEBSK, 23 November (BelTA) – Belarus’ Vitebsk Oblast and Saxony of Germany intend to sign a cooperation agreement, chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Kosinets said as he met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Belarus Christof Weil.

VITEBSK, 23 November (BelTA) – University delegations from four countries will take part in the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Vitebsk State University n.a. P.M.Masherov, BelTA learnt from the university’s department for international cooperation.
