VITEBSK, 19 October (BelTA) – CIS observers that have been sent to monitor the presidential election in Belarus have arrived in Vitebsk Oblast, BelTA learned from Vyacheslav Kryukovsky, Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast commission for the Belarus president election.
