Spring sowing in Vitebsk oblast should be organized clearly and efficiently.  This task was set by the Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Rumas to the chairman of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev while watching the spring field work in Pododeltsy OJSC, Miory region.  Sergey Rumas stated that the sowing time is always difficult for farmers. “However, all fields are sown. Therefore, the work should be organized clearly and efficiently,” he stressed.
