Belarus and Nicaragua are set to expand trade and economic ties. Prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed at a meeting between Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lukashevich and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua Denis Moncada Colindres, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian ministry of foreign affairs.
More than 700 units of Belarusian equipment will be delivered to Nicaragua, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said as he met with Laureano Facundo Ortega Murillo, Nicaragua's Presidential Adviser on Investment, Trade and International Cooperation, BelTA has learned.
Over 1.9 million tonnes of grain, including rapeseed, has been harvested in Belarus, BelTA learned from the Agriculture and Food Ministry.
