Latvian investor intends to restore Svyatskies’ mansion house in Senno region

VITEBSK, March 25 (BelTA) – A Latvian investor intends to restore a mansion house of the Svyatskies family and set up a cultural and business centre in the Senno region of the Vitebsk oblast. The protocol of intent has been signed between the Senno Regional Executive Committee and the BelFutures foreign company, BelTA learnt from Chair of the Senno Regional Executive Committee Eduard Gerasimenko. The mansion house of the Svyatskies – rich noblemen – was located in the village of Belitsa in the 19th century. The Latvian investor showed his interest in remains of the former mansion house as an object to set up a cultural and business centre with a hotel, cafe, sauna and hunting lodge there. According to Eduard Gerasimenko, the mansion house will be restored completely.
