Belarus began to build concrete roads in the late 1960s. The first such road connected Kalinkovichi and Pinsk. Its length was 250 kilometers. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.114 on matters of state statistics on 18 April. The document is designed to bring the regulation on the National Statistics Committee into compliance with law No.238-3 of 30 December 2022 and to allow state organizations, which are authorized to keep state statistic records, to use the information system of the National Statistics Committee, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
